MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree Majoring in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a Minimum GPA of 2.75 and Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale
- Diploma Degree Majoring in Chemical Analysis, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering with a Minimum GPA of 2.75 and Accounting with a Minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale
- Has high level of English proficiency and computer literacy
- Dynamic, has strong leadership, highly motivation, and good communication skill
- Willing to be placed at all business offices/site projects of PT Dahana (Persero)
- Willing to not marry during the Management Trainee program (9 months/for those who are not married yet upon entering the program)
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master Law Degree from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in corporate legal/ business law
- Has deep understanding and experience in handling litigation (criminal/civil case)
- Has high commitment, integrity, and accountability
- Owns strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills
- Possess good attitude and sense of urgency
- Has excellent report writing, communication & presentation skills
- Willing to work full time
Requirements:
- Female, minimum age of 25 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in business studies/administration/management/ secretarial or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Has experience in managing more than one superior
- Possess strong knowledge in secretarial duties and responsibilities
- Has practical experiences as a secretary for top management level
- Has excellent computer (MS Office applications) and administrative skills
- Has excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, both spoken and written
- Able to work independently and perform good time management
- Attractive and has pleasant personality
- Willing to be placed in Subang – West Java
- Willing to work full time
