Responsibilities:
  • Developing procedural standard for costumer service activity
  • Provide recommendation for service quality system development
  • Ensure the service quality from all BNI Syariah branches
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field
  • Understanding service standard concept & implement the standard to different unit or branches
  • High motivation and good integrity
  • Head office (Jakarta) based

Litigation Officer
Requirements :
  • Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Law from a reputable university.
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in related field.
  • High motivation and good integrity.
  • Good level in English.
  • Placement at Head Office Jakarta.

Industrial Relation & Payroll Officer
Requirements :
  • Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Accounting, Management or Law from a reputable university.
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably with business backround.
  • Good team work and likes new challenge.
  • High motivation and good integrity.
  • Good level in English.
  • Placement at Head Office Jakarta.
